How do we use this information?
All information provided in these audits will be recorded and analysed on Leicestershire County Council approved systems and held by Public Health, Leicestershire County Council in compliance with current Data Protection Legislation.
The audits will be reviewed by the Public Health commissioner and contract officer leads and a Consultant in Sexual and Reproductive Health, Integrated Sexual Health Service (ISHS).
A letter of the results of the audit will be sent to the practitioner. If there are any concerns regarding an audit, these will be raised with the practitioner and contract leads.
Names and emails of all practitioners completing the audits will be shared with the ISHS to enable the service to offer support to fitters and to cascade details of relevant training and clinical update information.
