Provider communication and engagement: Provider Portal, teleconferences and more.

Our market position statement summarises supply of and demand for adult social care in the county, highlighting business opportunities within the care market.

Provider Portal access

  • Access will only be granted to accounts with the provider’s email domain.
  • Access will not be granted to personal email addresses such as Gmail, Hotmail etc.
  • Access will not be granted for generic email mailboxes e.g. financeteam@provider.com.
  • Each user will require their own unique username and password - passwords resets are now done directly via the portal

Provider teleconferences

We run regular teleconferences for adult social care providers to discuss key issues, understand challenges, hear about the latest guidance and good practice, and as a regular forum for question and answer sessions with the authority’s officers.
