Main duties:
To support our children with additional needs to access our off site adventures during our morning sessions. To provide a sensory rich curriculum tailored to the needs of individual children. To implement recommendations from professionals.
Experience and qualifications:
Level 3 childcare qualification Experience with children with SEND Experience or a passion to learn more about social communication difficulties, sensory needs and speech and language support.
Personal qualities:
Kind, caring, patient and fun! Good communicator, team player, positive and flexible. Professionalism. A love of outdoors.
Terms and conditions:
3 month probation period Safer Recruitment Process Initially temporary until July but potential to be extended and permanent from September.
