Job description:
Take the lead for developing and implementing early years education in line with the requirements of the early years foundation stage (EYFS), To seek support as required to ensure ‘Outstanding’ is achieved.
Main duties:
To lead the planning and implementation of the Early Years curriculum, and encourage enthusiasm and motivation by promoting good team work
Experience and qualifications:
Hold a Level 2 or 3 in CACHE Diploma, NNEB, NVQ or Early Years workforce or QTS
Personal qualities:
Work well as a member of a team and are used to working within the policies and procedures expected within our environment; must provide high standards of care and education can work flexibly to meet the needs of the children; must communicate effectively and professionally
