Job description:
You will be required to plan and deliver learning activities for all children in the setting. You will be expected to care for and supervise the children and to ensure the health and safety of all children, staff and visitors by following the procedures laid down in our policies. To carry out observations and assessments, recording the progress of your Key Children on a regular basis. You will also be required to carry out other duties relevant to the position as required by the manager and deputy.

Experience and qualifications:
A level 3 qualified practitioner with experience of a pre-school setting is required. Also Safeguarding training and current Paediatric First Aid certificate.
Personal qualities:
We would like to appoint an experienced practitioner who can work well in a small close team, but who can contribute their own ideas and who can use their initiative to support children and colleagues in a busy pre-school environment.
Terms and conditions:
You will be required to work approx. 30 hours per week during Term time. Your holiday will be taken during July/August when the setting is closed. You may be required to attend meetings after regular working hours and occasionally on Saturday mornings for Open Mornings. 3 months probation period
