As our organisation continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and passionate early years professional to join our leadership team. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is ready to take the next step into leadership. Working alongside the Kindergarten Manager, you will lead high-quality practice across the setting by supporting and mentoring staff, developing our curriculum, driving continuous improvement and helping shape the future growth of the kindergarten. This role has been specifically designed for someone who wants to influence practice beyond their own key children while continuing to work directly with children and families.

Main duties:

Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire outstanding early years practice across the kindergarten. Mentor, coach and support practitioners to continually develop their skills. Support the development and delivery of an engaging outdoor curriculum. Monitor children's progress and evaluate curriculum effectiveness. Lead quality improvement initiatives and reflective practice. Develop and review policies, procedures and systems. Strengthen partnerships with parents and the wider community. Support events, open days and curriculum enrichment opportunities. Contribute to self-evaluation, improvement planning and Ofsted readiness. Work alongside senior leaders to support the future growth and development of the business.

Experience and qualifications:

About You You will: Hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum). Have substantial experience working within an Early Years setting. Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS and child development. Be passionate about delivering exceptional learning experiences. Enjoy supporting,
