Job description:
With a team of staff deliver high quality childcare with exciting play opportunities suitable for the age of children you care for. Setting next steps for development and incorporating children's interests. Creating meaningful relationships with children and families. Meet children's individual care needs. Ensuring children's safety and wellbeing. Recording a documenting progress. Maintaining an inspiring environment/classroom.
Main duties:
Maintain a calm and stimulating environment Day to day care of children including Feeding, Toileting/hygiene/self care routines, medication administration, Accident form and other documentation. Record keeping and observation and assessment. Teaching and learning/Educational provision Working in a team Supporting parents and families with children's development Planning and enabling enrichment activities Key worker duties
Experience and qualifications:
Level 3 in early years education 1 years post qualification is ideal- but not essential Paediatric first aid Safeguarding
Personal qualities:
We are seeking to employ a highly motivated practitioner with a passion for Early years experiences! This post is suited to someone who loves the outdoors and wants to gain experience working in a diverse setting with Children 4 months to 5 years.
