This page is for Trustmark registered installers who are already registered with Leicestershire County Council’s Flexible Eligibility mechanism for ECO and GBIS, to submit household applications for eligibility checks by the council’s Warm Homes service.

Non-refundable Administration Fee: To process an application for review via the Flexible Eligibility (Flex) mechanism, an administration recovery fee of £50 is payable per application, paid online at the time of submission.
We are not able to refund this fee for unsuccessful applications where the household does not qualify or the address is outside our boundary.
