Citizens' Assembly
The Leicestershire Health Determinants Research Collaboration (HDRC) is committed to ensuring our research is guided by the health needs and priorities identified by residents and local communities.
As a group, we’ll work together to understand how different factors, such as where we live, our income, or even the air we breathe, affect our health. But we need your help to ensure that research is guided by the needs and priorities of our communities, and we want you to be part of the change.
We’re hosting a Citizen Assembly event where you can share your ideas and guide research priorities in a large group setting. This is your chance to make sure researchers are aware of the challenges that matter most to you, your loved ones, and the communities you live in.
We are particularly interested in the involvement of underrepresented groups.
Please note that participants recruited for the Citizens’ Assembly will be paid £100 (in vouchers) for their time and involvement.
