Job description:
Purpose of the role: To work as part of the G.S.C. team working flexible hours as required under the direction of the manager. To provide safe, quality education and care, meeting the needs of all individual children attending the setting. Working if required in preschool and out of school clubs.
Main duties:
Ensure the care and education of children within the setting, this includes leading activities, personal care, preparing snacks, contributing to planning of our curriculum and to carry out duties according to our policies and procedures. Setting up and packing away the setting when required.
Experience and qualifications:
Level 3 Early years practitioner. Good knowledge of Child development and practice.
Personal qualities:
Professional, caring, enthusiastic individual who is happy to work as part of a team.
Terms and conditions:
Hours are subject to change. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) and does require a DBS check. Applicants must be prepared to disclose any convictions they may have and any orders which have been made against them.
