Sources of funding for SEND

There are several strands of funding available to help children with special educational needs.

Disability Access Fund (DAF)

From April 2017, the government has introduced a new funding stream for early years providers called the disability access fund (DAF) which is designed to support children with disabilities or special educational needs (SEN).
