University Residential - Blog Day 1

Welcome to day 1 of the summer University Residential.

We arrived at campus and the university halls were lively as there were lots of students there.  We were led to our flat to drop off our bags. Our rooms were nice. Then we went to the induction and ice breaker session to get to know everyone else.

Afterwards we had some free time and we returned to the flats to relax for a bit. Some of us made hot chocolate in the kitchen.

After dinner our group was the first one to go into the theatre workshop. In there we got to meet the Theatre society and we split into groups to come up with a play which was fun.

Afterwards we did a bit of the society taster session then we headed to the social room for some pool and table tennis before heading back to the flat to get ready for bed.
