Virtual School and White Christmas

To embrace the Christmas spirit, the Virtual School took a group of young people to Curve Theatre to see a performance of White Christmas.

White Christmas is set in World War ll and tells the story of two singing veterans and their romance with the Hayes sisters. The group thoroughly enjoyed the show, which kept them entertained with fantastic dancing, singing, sparkly outfits and even a sprinkling of snow at the end to add some Christmas magic!

Feedback from young people about the show was very positive. We also asked them about ideas for future participation events and they suggested a ballet performance, Bohemian Rhapsody, shows linked to English literature courses and some comedy.

It was a great evening and we would like to thank all the young people for attending. We wish you all a fantastic Christmas!
